TERMS OF USE (Revised 2-2012)
Thank-you so much for purchasing my scrap kit. Please follow the Dos and Don’ts below.
If you are in doubt about any of the following feel free to email me.  Address is below.

You May:
* Create items for resale (Commercial Use ONLY!).
* Create web pages
* You MUST modify the item before resale, if they are Commercial Use ONLY!
* Create web graphics & Blog Sets for personal use.  Images may not be larger than 600×600 with a resolution no higher than 72dpi.  The same applies to tagging.
* Submit projects for publication (with Credit to http://raggedeeannes.com)
* Resize the elements etc. as you need for scrapping or tagging.

If you wish to use any of my graphics, Commercial Use items, styles, etc. in the creation of a trademark or logo, please contact me for permission with the specifics of the usage before you do so.

You May NOT:

* You may not change the file names for any reason!
* Use the Elements and/or Papers from this kit to make other kits! (Unless they are CU)
* These scraps are not to be used to make money of any type.  This includes but is not limited to tags for My PSP Tubes.  (Unless they are Commercial Use)
* You may not share my files in ANY way other than to send  MY previews and a link to MY FREEBIE file shares.
* Do Not alter the looks of the actual elements, papers, etc. in this kit.  EXCEPT you may put a name or saying on the tags.  But that does not make it copyrighted to you for having done so.
* Sell items in the same form you purchased them!
* Offer freebies made with my Commercial Use items!
*NONE of my commercial use items are allowed to be use to create new designer tools.
*Do not make kits or sets containing only items created using my products.
*Do not use any images for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
* Create other commercial use items from my commercial use items!
* Have a kit made with more than 30% of my products.
* Use ANY of my items as a base for any PS Action or PSP Script.  If you wish to do this please email me about it first.
* YOU MAY NOT SHARE THIS SET/KIT (either in it’s original form, or any individual elements of it) with anyone outside your primary residence.  You may share them only with individuals in your home using your computer.  But they may not modify the files and call them their own.  The same rules apply to ANYONE using this set/kit.  These files MAY NOT be uploaded to any file storage site for download by others.  This includes but is not limited to:
4Shared, yousendit, Mediafire, FileSavr, Yahoo, Google, etc..  This is piracy and is illegal and will be dealt with accordingly!

* Tagging is allowed, BUT Only G, PG, or R, not EAC!
